Icelandair is Iceland's principal airline and flag carrier, with headquarters at Reykjavik Airport (RKV) in Reykjavik. Air Iceland and Eagle Air are two more airlines that operate out of the airport. LUGGAGE INFORMATION

1. SAGA CLASS: Passengers in the Saga Class are permitted two carry-on bags per passenger, in addition to one small personal item. Saga Class passengers are also permitted two checked baggage weighing up to 32kg and measuring up to 158cm in length.

Each carry-on bag is limited to a maximum weight of 10kg and dimensions of 40cm x 30cm x 15cm. The airline permits two carry-on bags per person, plus one small personal item, for Economy comfort.

2. ECONOMY CLASS: Passengers are permitted one carry-on bag per person and one small personal item.

Passengers are permitted to bring one piece of baggage weighing up to 23kg. These items are intended for flights inside Europe.

Passengers in Economy Comfort are permitted two checked baggage weighing up to 23kg apiece.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION:

Check-In Online: Passengers may check in online by going to the Alternative Airlines website and clicking on the airline's logo. To finish the check-in process, input your flight information. Web check-in begins 36 hours before departure for international flights and 24 hours before departure for domestic flights.

Check-In at the Airport: Passengers can check-in for their flight at the airport by visiting the check-in counter or using one of the self-service kiosks.
