Travel Class

Economy Class Economy class varies according to the type of aircraft flying with WestJet. On the WestJet 787, economic seats have a pitch of 31" and are offered in a 3-3-3 setup. Complementary food and drinks (non-alcoholic drinks) are included when traveling overseas, while, on WestJet's 767, economy seats have a pitch of 31" and are provided in a 2-3-2 configuration.

Premium Economy: Premium is housed in a different, reserved cabin. Larger seats with larger recline are available in configuration 2-3-2 in 787, configuration 2-2-2 in 767, specification 2-2 in 737Max and setup 3-3 in 737-600,-700 and-800 WestJet.

Business Class: On 787 WestJet Airlines planes, Business Class featuring private pods with direct aisle access is provided. Business Class aircraft in WestJet carry mechanical flat beds in a 1-2-1 setup.

BAGGAGE POLICY:

Travelers with WestJet Flight Tickets are permitted to carry 1 piece of luggage and 1 personal item as a carrier. The measurements of the carrying bag shall not exceed 21 x 15 x 9 inches, while the measurements of the personal piece shall not exceed 16 x 13 x 6 inches.

Customers travelling in Business Class and Premium Class can take 2 pieces of checked luggage free of charge. People flying with EconoFlex Fare can take 1 piece of luggage free of charge. Passengers flying with Basic and Econo Fare do not have the option of carrying any checked luggage free of charge. All levels of travel shall be permitted to carry up to a limit of four bags. The weight of each bag cannot be more than 50 lb, whilst the linear size cannot be more than 62 inches.
